Due to the increased volunm of correspondance we receive it is suggested that you take the time to read all of the product information for the related part/s of interest and details in our service section. Of course some questions may not be answered easily from the information shown online, in which case feel free to email or call during business hours! (*Hours can be found below). To the right and on our home page you will find the monthly details for trading hours and days.

Contact details:

OFFICE OPEN: Tuesday to Friday - 10am to 5pm and every second Saturday of the month.

OFFICE CLOSED: SUNDAY and MONDAYS each week and public / national holidays.

*Phone calls will not be taken on Sunday or Monday  
*Times for couriers, suppliers and partners are as arranged directly.

PHONE HOURS: The hours between 10am and 2.30pm - Tuesday - Friday are the best times to catch us via phone.

NOTE: Unfortunately it is not always possible to get to the phone in time or during busy times of the day. If calling after 2.30pm weekdays or if the phones are unanswered at the time of calling, simply leave a clear message with your name, phone number and questions and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Emails: Enquiries will be received 24 / 7 - and processed ASAP during business hours - Monday to Sat. Emailing us is our preferred method of contact and will ensure we can get information to you quickly and more precisely.

Normal hours of operation: Australian time - AEST - (UTC +10) or Japanese time zone (UTC+9) when specified.

International customers:

We are happy to take orders from outside of Australia and do so daily. The pricing and shipping details for international orders differs slightly to information shown online which is for our Australian customers.

Orders exported from Australia do not attract GST (goods and services tax). The amended pricing will be made clear when ordering. In other words the tax is removed from the total final price so your exported goods will be less than advertised as the prices shown online include local taxes (approx 10%).

International customers ordering larger items such as exhaust systems or tanks may also have the option for such parts to be sent direct from Japan when available, this will also help with the end purchase price for heavy items.

Special note for customers in the USA: As of December 2010 Australia post has made some changes to parcels going to the USA due to security concerns. All articles over 500g and all ECI and EPI services will be subject to an additional $9 (au) security surcharge and may face transit delays of up to 48 hours.

Unfortunately this is out of our control. For our customers in the US we will try to over come this charge when possible for certain goods. For more information about this surcharge please see the Australia post website for full details.
