Customers who supply details such as telephone numbers and email address details will only receive contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line and for our internal processes such as updates, events, promotions and any changes in policies when applicable. This may be from details collected when registering for updates or if you have been a previous customer who has provided us with details for contact. Unless otherwise stated, when you send us an e-mail, the contents of your e-mail and your e-mail address is used by us strictly to respond to your inquiry or purchase.

3. Visitors to our site who are not customers

We are happy to register your interest to receive email updates about products we offer. If you have received an email from us and do not wish to be on our mailing list any longer simply email us to indicate you would like to be removed from the mailing list. Insert the words in the subject box 'Remove me from your mailing list', and we will do so.

4. Credit card and payment information

At the moment we use PayPal for credit card payments so you have total control over who has your banking details. This means we will never see your credit card details or banking details other than the transaction description sent to us by our banking provider when a payment has been made. Although we trust the high security PayPal site for payments and receiving funds, Vanem can not be responsible for third party transactions, faults or mishandlings of information in any way what so ever when they occur using third party providers.

Notes about information received in regards to payment practices. If at any time we receive information from our bank or PayPal in regards to a fraudulent payment or transaction online, we may be obliged to handle your personal information in a different manner and disclose the information we have when ordered to under law. When a case of fraud is committed we will use any and all information to recover all costs and losses occurred by us and to mitigate any further fraudulent transactions.

*If you doubt the veracity of an email or payment request you have received "from Vanem", please inform us immediately before taking any action or making any payment. We will take all steps required to identify any problem or verify any payment requests by other means.
